💼 Regional Finance Partner | GLF Schools | £60,000 | Hybrid Working
Are you a qualified finance professional who wants to make a real impact beyond the numbers? We're looking for an experienced Regional Finance Partner to join GLF Schools, supporting a portfolio of primary schools across Banstead, Epsom and Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine strategic financial leadership with a genuine purpose: helping schools maximise resources and deliver the very best outcomes for children and young people.
Working closely with Headteachers, Regional Education Directors and senior leaders, you'll provide expert financial guidance, lead budget planning and forecasting, drive financial sustainability, and support informed decision-making across the region. You'll also lead and develop a regional finance team, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in a multi-site or complex organisation
- Proven leadership experience
- Passion for making a difference through education

Job Details:
- Base: The Beacon School, Banstead (with travel across the region)
- Salary: £60,000 FTE
- Hours: 36 hours per week, full year
- Closing Date: 15 September
- Interviews: 22 September
