Are you a qualified finance professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a group of schools?

Join GLF Schools as our Regional Finance Partner and play a pivotal role in supporting school leaders to maximise resources, drive financial sustainability, and help deliver the very best outcomes for children and young people.

Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Finance Partner to provide strategic financial leadership across schools within our region. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with Regional Education Directors, Headteachers and wider functional teams to support effective financial planning, robust budget management and informed decision-making.

Leading the regional finance team, you will ensure the delivery of accurate management information, forecasts and budgets, while driving continuous improvement and best practice across our schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and making a tangible difference within a values-driven organisation.

The successful candidate will oversee a group of primary schools across the Banstead, Epsom, and Camberley region. Regular travel between schools within the region will be required as part of the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
