REGIONAL FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – LONDON 🚨
£90,000–£100,000 basic + bonus
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller / Cluster Financial Controller / Regional Finance professional to join a leading international hospitality group.
This is a genuinely commercial finance leadership role, partnering with senior operational teams across a significant London hotel portfolio. Based in London, this is a hybrid role.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving financial performance and profitability
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Business partnering with GMs and senior operational leaders
- Providing commercial insight and challenge
- Leading and developing a regional finance team
- Driving strong financial controls and continuous improvement

We’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong hospitality / hotel / multi-site experience
- Proven commercial business partnering skills
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership and analytical capability
