London Regional Manager {Face-to-Face Fundraising}
Location: London
Salary: £32,000–£38,000 base + OTE £56,000–£62,000+
Working pattern: Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays
Experience: 6+ months Face-to-Face Team Leading or above
Ready to build your own region?
One Sixty Fundraising is growing and we’re looking for an ambitious Face-to-Face Fundraising Leader to take ownership of a brand-new London region.
This is an opportunity to move beyond simply managing a team.
You’ll recruit and develop a high-performing fundraising team, build your leadership structure, drive regional performance and have the freedom to shape your operation in your own vision.
Your region will initially grow to 15+ fundraisers and leaders, with genuine scope to expand your remit, open new sub-regions and progress into a larger leadership position.
🚀 A structured start ~ not a sink-or-swim role
We know that stepping into a new regional role is a big move, so you won’t be expected to know everything on day one.
You’ll begin with a 3–6 month induction, depending on your experience, working alongside our established London Operations Team.
You’ll learn:
- Our London fundraising operation
- Sites and location strategy
- Systems and processes
- Recruitment and team development
- Logistics and planning
- Performance management
- Our leadership culture and ways of working
Once your induction is complete, you’ll take ownership of your own independent London region.
What you'll be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
