💷 Salary: starting from £51,078.01
Lead with purpose. Make a difference. Shape the future of our services.
At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, what we do matters and we’re looking for an experienced Regional General Manager (RGM) to lead our Oxford region. We want someone who can bring strong operational leadership, inspire teams and confidently navigate change. This is a role for a leader who enjoys being visible, making things happen and balancing people, performance and purpose. You’ll ensure our services are safe, sustainable, client-focused and continually improving.
What will you bring?
You’ll have significant management and leadership experience and be comfortable taking ownership of financial performance, with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into practical decisions. You’ll be an adaptable and confident leader who can embrace change, solve complex problems and plan effectively for both immediate priorities and the bigger picture. Just as importantly, you’ll be an excellent communicator who can bring people with you building strong relationships, challenging when needed and creating a culture where colleagues feel supported to succeed.
Healthcare experience isn’t essential. We’re interested in the leadership capability and mindset you can bring to MSI UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
