🌍 We're Hiring: Regional Growth Manager, Europe (CannaWhales)

CannaWhales is the professional network and B2B marketplace built exclusively for the legal medical cannabis industry. Think "LinkedIn for medical cannabis, only more powerful." We connect verified companies, patients, and professionals across the industry's fastest-growing regulated markets.

We're looking for a Regional Growth Manager, Europe to take ownership of community and company growth across our key European markets (Germany, UK, Portugal, and beyond) as the medical cannabis industry continues to expand and consolidate across the continent.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-end responsibility for user and company growth across Europe
  • Building relationships with licensed cannabis companies, clinics, and industry professionals across multiple European markets to bring them onto the platform
  • Identifying and prioritizing which European territories to focus on as regulation evolves (Germany, UK, Portugal, and emerging markets)
  • Running outreach, partnerships, and community initiatives tailored to each market's regulatory and cultural context
  • Acting as CannaWhales' European point of contact, connecting local nuance back to the core team
  • Feeding market and competitive insights back to shape the platform's regional strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
