THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Partner or senior-level Solicitor to take on a key leadership role as Regional Head of Commercial Property, based in Stoke or the surrounding Staffordshire area.
This is a role for an ambitious commercial property lawyer who is looking for more than simply fee-earning. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the continued growth and development of the commercial property offering across the region, with genuine scope to build on an established platform and make the role their own.

You will have a strong track record in commercial property, together with the drive and ability to develop client relationships, win new business, and identify opportunities for growth. An established following and demonstrable business development capability are essential.
The firm has an excellent regional presence and the ambition to grow its commercial property offering further. This could therefore suit an individual who is looking for a high-profile regional leadership position, with the opportunity to influence strategy, develop the team, and strengthen the firm's presence across Stoke and the wider Staffordshire market.
TEAM MOVES CONSIDERED
The firm is also open to considering a team move, so established commercial property teams with a strong client base and a desire to move to a firm where they can continue to grow would be of particular interest.
THE CANDIDATE
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be a senior Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner with a strong regional profile.
- Have a proven track record advising on a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Have an established client following and/or demonstrable ability to generate new business.
- Be commercially minded and confident in developing new and existing client relationships.
- Have the leadership skills and ambition to head up and grow a regional commercial property offering.
- Be well connected across Stoke, Staffordshire, and the surrounding areas.
- Be entrepreneurial, proactive, and keen to play a genuine role in the firm's future growth.
