Are you an experienced leader with a passion for business development, stakeholder engagement and supporting UK exporters to succeed on the global stage?
UK Export Finance (UKEF), the UK Government's export credit agency, is looking for a Regional Head, Export Finance Manager to lead our team across the Midlands, Southwest England and Wales.
As one of three Regional Heads covering the UK, you will play a pivotal role in delivering UKEF's Business Plan, leading a high-performing team of Export Finance Managers (EFMs) and helping businesses access the finance and insurance support they need to grow internationally.
This is a highly visible leadership role, combining strategic leadership, regional business management and stakeholder engagement. You will shape the direction of the region, identify opportunities to increase UKEF's impact and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer outcomes. Working closely with fellow Regional Heads and senior leaders, you will help drive performance, continuous improvement and collaboration across a national network.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, developing and inspiring a geographically dispersed team.
- Setting and delivering regional objectives aligned to UKEF's strategic priorities.
- Building strong relationships with banks, brokers, business organisations and government partners.
- Acting as a senior ambassador for UKEF across the region.
- Using data and market insight to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Championing inclusive access to export support and helping businesses from all backgrounds realise their exporting ambitions.

We're looking for an inclusive and collaborative leader with experience of leading high-performing teams, managing senior stakeholder relationships and delivering strategic objectives in a commercial, financial or business development environment.
This is a home-based role with regular travel across the Midlands, Southwest England and Wales, as well as frequent travel to London.
