You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Shared Services, regional peers, Practice leaders, Finance, and wider stakeholders to improve ways of working, strengthen delivery quality, and build a highly capable, commercially effective team.

- Leading and coaching Team Leads to ensure strong team performance and capability growth
- Partnering with regional and global peers to create one aligned way of working
- Overseeing quality of delivery, service performance, and client satisfaction metrics
- Defining and tracking KPIs, using data and insight to identify trends and improve performance
- Identifying risks early and implementing mitigation plans to maintain service continuity
- Collaborating with Finance to ensure services are invoiced accurately in line with contract terms
- Working with L&D to support up-skilling and close capability gaps
- Embedding a strong client-focused mindset across the team
- Contributing to service innovation, continuous improvement, and the development of new service solutions with Practice Heads

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
