Regional Head of Housing Services
Location: Home-based with regular travel across the North region (Lancashire, Yorkshire and North East)
Contract: Permanent Contract, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £78,000 per annum, rising to £80,000 after probation, plus £6,400 car allowance

Lead the future of housing services
We're looking for an experienced and inspiring housing leader to join our team as a Regional Head of Housing Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a large-scale housing operation, drive service excellence and shape the future of resident-focused services across a diverse housing portfolio.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Housing Services, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across your region, ensuring residents receive outstanding services while leading high-performing teams through a period of transformation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a large regional housing service, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and exceptional customer service.
- Drive operational performance across a diverse housing portfolio, ensuring services are efficient, compliant and resident-focused.
- Deliver service improvement and transformational change programmes that improve outcomes for residents and colleagues.
- Manage regional budgets, business plans and performance targets, ensuring effective use of resources and strong financial control.
- Build strong relationships with residents, local authorities, regulators and external partners, representing the organisation both internally and externally.

What We're Looking For
- Significant leadership experience within social housing, supported housing, later living, homeownership or related housing services.
- Proven experience leading large operational teams within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of housing management, resident services, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Experience delivering organisational change, service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience managing budgets and performance targets.
- Ability to use data, customer insight and resident feedback to drive service improvements and better outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
