Regional Head of Site Services

Great Site Services leadership doesn't just deliver projects. It drives profitable growth, strengthens client partnerships, develops high-performing teams and creates a competitive advantage in the market.

As the Regional Head of Site Services, a newly created leadership position within Black & White Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a strategically important business unit across Europe. This role combines operational leadership, commercial accountability and business growth, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to influence both project delivery and wider business performance.

Working closely with the COO and senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for shaping the future direction of Site Services across the region. You'll develop growth strategies, strengthen client relationships, expand service offerings and build the capability needed to support increasing demand across our project portfolio.

This is more than a regional management role. It's an opportunity to create a scalable, commercially successful operation that supports the continued growth of one of the industry's fastest-growing engineering consultancies. You'll have significant autonomy to make decisions, lead change and build a team capable of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while driving long-term value for the business.

Whether your ambition is to grow a regional business, take ownership of a P&L, expand market presence or progress into executive leadership, this role provides the platform and support to achieve it.

This role is hybrid working but can be based from any of our UK & EU offices. You'll be expected to work regularly from the office closest to your location. Given the regional nature of the position, international travel across Europe and to other business locations will be required as needed to support clients, projects and business growth initiatives.

What’s in it for you

  • A platform to lead and grow a regional business – You'll take ownership of Site Services across Europe, with the autonomy to shape the function, build capability and create a scalable operation that delivers strong commercial and operational results.
  • A chance to drive revenue and commercial performance – You'll be accountable for regional P&L performance, forecasting and business planning, while identifying opportunities to increase market share, grow service offerings and improve profitability. Your decisions will directly influence regional growth and business success.
  • Ability to expand and develop teams across Europe – With significant investment in Site Services, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to grow regional capability, ensuring we have the right people in place to support increasing client demand and project opportunities.
  • The opportunity to strengthen client relationships and market presence – You'll play a key role in developing strategic client partnerships, supporting business development activities and ensuring Black & White Engineering is recognised as a trusted partner for commissioning and site-based engineering services.
  • Room to grow into broader senior leadership – Reporting directly to the COO, you'll operate close to key business decisions, gaining exposure to executive leadership and creating opportunities to progress into wider operational, commercial or global leadership roles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
