Regional Head of Site Services (Europe)

Do you have the leadership experience, commercial awareness and technical expertise required to drive the successful delivery of site operations across multiple countries and major infrastructure projects?

As Regional Head of Site Services (Europe), you will lead and develop our European Site Services function, ensuring consistent delivery standards, operational excellence and exceptional client experiences across the region.

This is a high-impact leadership position that will play a crucial role in supporting Black & White Engineering's continued growth throughout Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading European site services teams.
  • Developing operational standards and delivery processes.
  • Managing client relationships across the region.
  • Supporting commissioning, site inspections and project delivery activities.
  • Driving consistency, quality and safety standards.
  • Managing regional resources and workforce planning.
  • Supporting business growth initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Significant leadership experience within site services, commissioning or construction environments.
  • Strong understanding of mission-critical projects.
  • Experience managing international teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
