Key Responsibilities/What You Do

  • Drive the transformation of global segment strategy into real commercial impact across Europe. You will translate global priorities into concrete market actions and work closely with local Sales and Business Development teams to accelerate execution and time to value.
  • Provide segment expertise to Sales teams across the region to strengthen capabilities and enhance the value proposition.
  • Identify, shape and convert new revenue opportunities by partnering with Business Developers and Account Managers, contributing to offer creation, co-leading pitches and engaging in partner negotiations.
  • Acting as the key bridge between Sales and Lines of Business, you will ensure strategic alignment that drives profitable partner growth and smooth cross-country collaboration.
  • Bring clarity to ambition, governance and success metrics, build strong relationships with markets and partners, scale best practices, harmonize processes and use data driven insights to monitor performance, adjust strategies and support risk mitigation, leading pitches and engaging in partner negotiations.

Key Requirements/What You Bring

  • Senior commercial professional with 10+ years of experience in business development, partner management or international commercial roles, with a strong track record driving growth across multiple markets.
  • Led crossfunctional, cross-country initiatives and contributed to regional or global strategic planning.
  • Deep knowledge of insurance, affinity models, regulation and market dynamics, along with strong command of strategy, segmentation and commercial value drivers.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, storytelling and data led decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills, project leadership in multi country environments and AI readiness are essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
