Company Description

Safesoul Ltd is a health-focused service company dedicated to improving health awareness, staff education, and wellbeing practices for community organisations, care providers, and small businesses. The company delivers structured health content, training, and capacity-building initiatives primarily through digital and subscription-based services. Founded to address gaps in accessible health education, Safesoul translates clinical and academic knowledge into practical guidance for everyday use. Its services focus on preventive health, with particular attention to older adults and vulnerable groups, and support organisations that may not have access to large consultancy firms. Safesoul concentrates on education, awareness, and training rather than medical treatment or clinical monitoring.

Role Description

The Regional Healthcare Implementation Partner is a remote, contract role responsible for supporting organisations in adopting Safesoul’s health education and wellbeing programmes. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with regional community organisations and care providers, understanding their training and health awareness needs, and guiding them in implementing Safesoul’s digital content and subscription-based services. The role involves coordinating onboarding and basic training for staff, providing advisory support on embedding health awareness and preventive health practices into daily operations, and gathering feedback to help refine programmes and resources. The partner will also identify opportunities for regional growth, maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that implementation aligns with Safesoul’s focus on sustainability, accessibility, and non-clinical health education.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
