Regional Home Admissions Advisor
Hartford Care is looking for a Regional Home Admissions Advisor to drive occupancy, grow referral relationships and make sure every new resident has a smooth, reassuring move-in.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll promote our homes and the Hartford Care brand, build strong links with Local Authorities, CCGs and CHC teams, and guide families through one of the most important decisions they will make.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and following up new sales opportunities to keep occupancy full and exceed targets
- Handling enquiries, brochure requests, calls and online leads promptly and professionally
- Building relationships with families, carers, Local Authorities, CCGs, CHC, multi-disciplinary teams and local communities
- Managing the enquiries pipeline (FOUND database) and forecasting when prospects are likely to convert
- Overseeing resident move-ins, working with care teams and making sure paperwork is complete
- Visiting every new resident within 24 hours, then at 1 week and 4 weeks, and gathering family feedback
- Planning and hosting events, networking opportunities and community activity and wellbeing programmes
- Supporting and training home teams to deliver great sales outcomes
- Producing regular sales and marketing reports, and helping shape sales plans with your line manager
- Managing sales and marketing budgets efficiently

What we're looking for
- A proven sales and marketing track record with results to show for it
- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the health and social care sector
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and other sales and marketing IT tools
- A flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, and some travel
Desirable
- Experience delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care
- Previous experience in a large social care setting
- Leadership and management skills
- A marketing or sales degree, or equivalent experience
