Regional Hospital Director – Mental Health - Midlands and North
We are currently supporting an established mental health provider to recruit a Regional Hospital Director.
To be a good fit for this role, you should have a clinical background, be passionate about quality care, be capable of working at pace and have sound knowledge around compliance and governance. This is a very exciting time to join this organisation where you can truly have an impact supporting services due to open and those who need additional support to get back on track.

Essential
- Experience working within inpatient mental health services
- Experience operating in a leadership role
- You must be a clinician
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience building processes in a regulated environment where documentation, audit trails and compliance are non-negotiable
- A track record of leading and developing a team through organisational change
- Flexibility to travel across the Midlands and the North of England
