Location: Hybrid – Linked to Morden - Apollo House

Salary: £29,640 - £34,277 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term contract


About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025

Due to an internal move, we’re seeking a full time Regional Housing Administrator to join us in Morden to work alongside a team of customer-focussed and efficient administrators who all provide an effective administrative service to our Neighbourhood team.

Responsibilities

  • Report any communal repairs to contractors
  • Maintain relevant records
  • Action customer enquiries
  • Liaise with contractors and raise Purchase Orders
  • Maintain records of lettings
  • Liaise with colleagues on inspections
  • Cover the reception at the Morden office as and when required

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise records
  • Ability to analyse data from a variety of sources
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload as required

Location and Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Morden. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week and be willing to travel to the Penge office to assist with cover.
