Regional Housing Administrator
Location: Corsica Street or Wrights Road - London
Salary: £29,640 to £34,297 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: 1x Secondment/fixed term contract for 12 months & 1 x Permanent
We’re recruiting for two Regional Housing Administrators to join our team in London.
You’ll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.
- Report any communal repairs to contractors
- Maintain relevant records
- Action gas safety processes
- Liaise with contractors
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Maintain garage tenancy records
- Process lettings and terminations
- Maximise income collection
- Liaise with colleagues on inspections

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise records
- Ability to analyse data from a variety of sources
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload as required

This is an office-based role in London, at either our Corsica Street or Wrights Road offices. You’ll be required to work across these locations with occasional working from home, which will be agreed with your line manager.
