MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading global logistics organisation on the search for a Regional HR Business Partner. This is a permanent role covering the East Midlands and wider regional operations.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a strategic partner to Business Unit Directors, General Managers and senior operational stakeholders across a complex, contract-led organisation. You will lead the people agenda across multiple locations, supporting business transformation, new contract activity, organisational change and operational performance. The position offers significant visibility and influence within a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior operational leaders to shape and deliver regional people strategies.
- Translate commercial and operational priorities into effective workforce and organisational plans.
- Lead complex transformation, restructuring and organisational change programmes.
- Manage the people elements of TUPE transfers, new business wins, bids and contract mobilisation.
- Provide strategic oversight of complex and high-risk employee relations matters.
- Influence senior leaders to reach pragmatic, commercially viable people decisions.
- Lead regional talent, succession, performance and engagement initiatives.
- Use workforce data and HR insight to identify risk, improve performance and support decision-making.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, challenge and targeted development.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Learning & Development.
- Travel regularly across sites within the region and, where required, the wider UK.

What Are We Looking For:
- Significant HR Business Partnering experience within a multi-site, operational or contract-led organisation.
- Strong experience leading complex organisational change and TUPE processes.
- Proven ability to influence senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, contract mobilisation or new business activity would be highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial judgement, resilience and the ability to operate autonomously.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, distribution, transport, manufacturing or another large operational environment.
- CIPD qualified or possessing equivalent senior-level experience.
