Michael Page are excited to be partnering and a Midlands based Education organisation to appoint for a pivotal and challenging Regional HR Business Partner role to join a growing team.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days per week onsite - you will be partnering with leadership across a range of sites, UK travel will be required business needs dependent.

Description

The role of Regional HR Business Partner offers an exciting challenge to work proactively with leadership across a range of campuses providing trusted HR support, guidance, and coaching while helping to shape positive workplace cultures across the organisation.

  • Provide proactive support on a range of employee relations matters
  • Work with leadership and management to coach and up-skill the team to deal with people matters effectively
  • Support with change management projects
  • Work with management and leadership to drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives
  • Build excellent stakeholder relationships and work with leadership to challenge and influence decision making
  • Working with the HR team to support with a range of HR projects and initiatives

Profile

A successful Regional HR Business Partner should have:

  • A proactive approach to HR - working closely with stakeholders to challenge decision making and support to achieve the commercial goals
  • Understand the importance of being visible, regularly visiting sites
  • A proven background in a similar multi-site HR Business Partner role
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
