At Elis, you'll be part of a culture built on trust, respect and collaboration, where your ideas and contribution are valued. We want our people to have a voice, and our commitment to listening and acting on employee feedback was recognised when Elis UK won Best Employee Engagement Experience Initiative at the 2024 CIPD People Management Awards for our Employee Voice programme.

With opportunities across operations, engineering, logistics, sales and our head office support functions, there are many ways to develop your career with Elis.

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, influencing business decisions and making a genuine difference to people and organisational performance?

We're looking for a commercially minded and forward-thinking Regional HR Business Partner to join our UK HR leadership team.

Reporting directly to our HR Director, you'll work in partnership with the Regional Director and senior leadership team, shaping and delivering people strategies across a diverse, multi-site operation.

This is an opportunity to move beyond reactive HR and play an influential role in developing leadership capability, driving organisational change and building a high-performing, engaged workforce.

You'll have the autonomy to challenge, influence and introduce improvements, supported by a collaborative UK HR team and specialist colleagues across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Regional Director and senior leadership team, providing commercial, practical and strategic HR advice.
  • Translate business objectives into meaningful people strategies that support operational performance and regional growth.
  • Use people data, including attrition, absence, recruitment and employee relations trends, to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
  • Provide constructive challenge to senior leaders, helping them anticipate workforce risks and make informed decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
