Field-based HR Advisor role
We're recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor to support a leading multi-site automotive retail group across the North & Central England (12-month FTC, potential to extend).
You'll be the on-the-ground HR partner for retail dealership sites - owning a caseload of ER cases, guiding managers through disciplinary and grievance processes, and driving a consistent, commercial approach to people management. Based from home travelling to sites to support.

What you'll do:
- Manage ER casework: disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation
- Business partner site managers, building coaching capability -building relationships
- Travel to sites to provide ER, project and change support
- Support performance management, succession planning & appraisals
- Partner with Recruitment to keep vacancies filled
What you'll bring:
- Strong ER & UK employment law knowledge
- Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel
- Confidence to build credibility at all levels
- Automotive/dealership or multi-site retail background or similar sector
