Regional IT Support Engineer
Technology underpins everything we do, and we're looking for a Regional IT Support Engineer to help ensure our teams have the systems, tools and support they need to perform at their best.
This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on technical support across the UK while contributing to wider IT initiatives that support a growing international business. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple offices, ensuring technology remains reliable, secure and efficient.

- Providing first and second-line IT support.
- Managing hardware, software and user access requests.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Assisting with device deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting technical issues across multiple offices.
- Supporting IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintaining documentation and support processes.
Essential Skills
- Experience within an IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Experience supporting end users in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
