Role Description
The Regional Key Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Leeds, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role is responsible for managing and growing regional key accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Regional Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions and meet revenue targets. The role also involves:
- Monitoring market trends
- Providing customer insights
- Preparing reports and forecasts to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Strong account management capabilities, including experience handling key accounts and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, assess account performance, and support effective business planning.
- Customer service skills to provide responsive, solutions-focused support and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Proficiency in regional business planning, including setting objectives, prioritizing opportunities, and aligning plans with company strategy.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within heating, HVAC, or related building services sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Comfort with hybrid working, including the ability to manage time, priorities, and collaboration both on-site and remotely.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region for customer visits and meetings.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
