We are seeking a Regional Strategic Key Account Service Manager to join our UK team. This pivotal role will focus on managing and strengthening relationships with key utility and renewable energy clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and develop long‑term partnerships with IPPs, EPCs, and developers
  • Business Growth Support: Drive growth by supporting sales activities for PV and energy storage projects
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Coordinate service operations, ensuring timely response, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Contract & Risk Management: Support negotiations on warranties, service agreements, and after‑sales commitments
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor renewable energy trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to align service delivery with customer expectations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy (PV, BESS, or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously
  • Familiarity with service contracts, warranties, and after‑sales processes
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally to headquarters
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with strong technical or commercial understanding of renewable energy solutions
