Regional Account Manager – Existing & New Business

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Location: Milton Keynes to London (M1 corridor)
Reports to: Sales Director

What You’ll Do

  • Maximise growth across a defined territory by executing strategic account plans and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis through to final proposal and onboarding.
  • Pitch bespoke coffee and retail solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Evaluate profitability on complex deals using financial analysis tools.

What You Bring

  • Seasoned B2B Sales Experience: Proven success managing client accounts alongside new business acquisition.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel with the ability to calculate profitability and structure commercial deals.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Highly collaborative with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Driven, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Requirements: Full UK Driving License and permanent Right to Work in the UK.
