Regional Maintenance Manager
£55,000 - £65,000 (plus bonus and benefits)

Outsource UK have partnered with Exolum on a retained basis to recruit a Regional Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis. Exolum are a global, forward thinking, inclusive employer who are at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the regional maintenance strategy, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective maintenance activities that maximise asset reliability and operational performance.
This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications, plus bonus and benefits.

Overview of the Regional Maintenance Manager role:
- Be accountable for the safety (process and occupational) performance of the maintenance team.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement practices/processes in coordination with other associated departments and teams.
- Support operational teams to ensure the safe preparation/handover & receipt/re-commissioning of all assets under operational control.
Key skills required for the Regional Maintenance Manager role:
- Previous experience working in an Upper Tier COMAH site with a focus on all relevant Health and Safety associated regulations.
- Previous experience managing Maintenance Teams or Maintenance functions, ideally in a multi-site environment.
- Have undergone a full Mechanical/Electrical apprenticeship and have received relevant qualification.
