Are you an experienced Regional Manager with a strong track record of leading high-performing retail teams and driving commercial performance across a multi-site portfolio?
We are working with a high-profile, market-leading retail business that is looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to take ownership of a diverse store portfolio and make a significant impact across the region.
This is a high-profile leadership role for a commercially driven retailer who can combine sales performance, customer experience and people leadership to deliver consistently strong results.
The Role
As Regional Manager, you will have responsibility for driving performance across a large geographical territory, leading and developing Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results.
You will act as a visible and inspiring leader, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring brand and operational standards are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Store Managers and retail teams across the region.
- Drive sales, profitability, customer experience and operational performance across the portfolio.
- Build strong leadership capability, talent pipelines and succession plans.
- Adapt your leadership and coaching style to develop individuals with different levels of experience and capability.
- Champion exceptional customer service and ensure consistently high retail standards.
- Drive commercial opportunities across people, product, stock, VM and operational performance.
- Recruit and retain high-calibre talent across the region.
- Create a positive, inclusive and performance-driven culture.
- Lead teams through change, encouraging continuous improvement and accountability.
- Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and key business partners.
- Ensure brand standards and commercial priorities are executed consistently across all locations.

About You
We are looking for an experienced multi-site retail leader who is passionate about people, customers and commercial performance.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager or Senior Multi-Site Retail Manager.
- Experience leading a sizeable portfolio of customer-focused retail stores.
- A strong track record of delivering sales, profit and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional people leadership, coaching and talent development skills.
- The ability to lead through change and operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working for a recognised, high-performing retail brand.
- The confidence and presence to influence at senior stakeholder level.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the region.
