Role Description
The Regional Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Edinburgh, with a blend of on-site management and work from home. The role oversees security operations across a defined region, ensuring service delivery meets contractual, regulatory, and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing regional teams, coordinating staffing and rotas, supervising site performance, and providing guidance to supervisors and security personnel. The Regional Manager will build and maintain client relationships, conduct site visits and risk assessments, and implement improvement plans to enhance safety, customer service, and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and budgets, preparing reports, supporting audits and compliance activities, and contributing to regional business development opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership, supporting incident response, and ensuring that company values are embedded across all regional operations.

- Demonstrated experience in regional or multi-site operations management within security, facilities, or a related sector, with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and service delivery oversight, with the ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and build long-term partnerships.
- Strong skills in risk assessment, incident management, and compliance with relevant security standards and regulations; familiarity with SIA and ISO frameworks is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze performance data, manage budgets, and use digital tools or management systems to plan resources, track KPIs, and support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to produce clear reports, briefings, and operational documentation.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence with remote coordination, while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- SIA licensing or eligibility to obtain relevant security licenses is preferred; additional health and safety or security-related certifications are an advantage.
