Job Description
At Reed, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Manager for our Croydon Core business. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of recruitment specialisms within our Croydon office, developing people, growing client partnerships, and driving outstanding business performance.
Why This Role?
As Regional Manager of Croydon Core, you'll have responsibility for leading and developing multiple recruitment specialisms, ensuring your teams deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates while achieving ambitious growth targets.
- You'll be empowered to make strategic decisions, shape the future of your teams, build strong local market presence, and play a key role in the continued success of one of Reed's established offices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring teams across multiple recruitment specialisms within the Croydon office.
- Coaching, developing and motivating recruiters and managers to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Driving business development activity and strengthening key client relationships across the region.
- Identifying opportunities for growth across new and existing markets.
- Creating a high-performance culture focused on quality, service, and results.
- Supporting recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent development across your teams.
- Collaborating with specialist and regional leaders to maximise opportunities and market coverage.
- Using market insight and commercial awareness to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
