Regional Manager - Field Operations
Full Time | Nationwide

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nationwide Field team. You will lead and support a large group of employed and self-employed agents, ensuring that field activity is efficient, effective, and aligned with service level agreements.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is driven to achieve strong results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruiting, training, developing, and motivating a team of multi-skilled field agents.
- Reviewing field activity and implementing proactive strategies to improve performance.
- Maximising staff retention and supporting the growth of the Field Operation in line with client needs.
- Managing operational challenges with a flexible, solution-focused approach.
- Analysing performance data, setting targets, and developing agent incentives.
- Producing weekly forecasts and MI reports to track field effectiveness.
- Holding regular performance reviews and audit follow-ups with agents.
- Providing feedback during client calls and meetings.
- Building strong working relationships across Field and office teams.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in field management.
- Strong understanding of collection processes and procedures.
- A proactive self-starter with excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence working with varied stakeholders.
- IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience delivering results in a field services environment.
