Royal Blue Consultants is working with a long-standing client, a respected care provider, to recruit a Regional Manager for their North West region.
This is a senior operational leadership role covering homes in Preston, Blackpool, Huyton, Eccles, and Leyland. You'll lead and develop the Home Managers across the region, drive quality, compliance, and performance, and have real scope to shape how the region runs.
The role
- Line manage, support, and develop the Home Managers across the region
- Lead on CQC compliance, making sure every home is inspection-ready and meets regulatory standards
- Oversee quality audits, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Manage regional budgets, occupancy, and agency usage
- Spot areas for improvement and put plans in place to raise standards and performance
- Build a positive, accountable culture across all homes

About you
- RGN qualification preferred
- Experience in a regional, area, or operations management role within care
- We'll also consider strong Home Managers with a proven track record who are ready for their next step
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and occupancy
- A confident leader who can coach and develop managers
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region
