We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Regional Manager to join our Retail Leadership Team and take ownership of a thriving patch of Jollyes stores. You’ll report to our Head of Retail and play a key part in shaping the success, culture, and capability of your region.

Your role – Regional Manager
In this role, you’ll inspire and empower Store Managers to succeed—creating an engaged, high-performing region that delivers exceptional standards and outstanding customer service.
The region spans across 15* stores from Coleraine to Newry and from Enniskillen across to Bangor, so it’s essential you live within the area to ensure regular travel and presence in your stores.
A full job description is available on request, but in summary your remit includes:
- Leading a network of c15+ stores, driving KPI performance across customer, people, and financial metrics.
- Regular store visits to review performance and store standards, coach teams, and champion operational excellence
- Communicating key priorities and ensuring your teams understand how they contribute to our mission
- Delivering regular feedback and reviews, recognising excellence and confidently managing under-performance
- Working cross-functionally to maximise opportunities in our services such as Community Pet Clinic operations and to lead operational input for any new stores opening in your region.
- Using data insights (including Tableau reporting) to create clear, actionable plans for growth
- Building a strong pipeline of talent with succession plans and proactive recruitment for future needs
- Creating a positive, supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and stay with us
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, security and incident management across your stores
- Sharing best practice with your peers in other regions, contributing to a continuous improvement culture
Your skills
Jollyes is growing at pace. This additional role requires an experienced retail leader who has “walked the walk” in a regional role and can join the existing team from a place of experience.

- A proven multi-site leader with Regional level experience in a comparable sized retail business.
- Can demonstrate business growth and progression in your career to date.
- Passionate about coaching, developing, and empowering others, you recognise that your success comes through how you support your people to succeed.
- You lead with integrity and make sound business decisions for short, medium and longer term.
- Commercially sharp, analytical, and comfortable turning data into high-impact actions
- A confident communicator with strong influencing skills at all levels
- Highly organised, resilient, and driven to deliver consistent improvement
- Skilled in P&L management and building high-performing teams
- Values-led - sharing our values of being Wise, Focused, Genuine, Eager, Together and recognising when your team display our values in their daily interactions.
- A UK driving licence holder with the flexibility to travel daily across your region
