Regional Manager – Corporate Sales Team

Salary: £42,400 + OTE £18,000–£27,000 + £5,400 car allowance
Remote/Home-based | Midlands & East Anglia

Copart are looking for a commercially driven Regional Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth, customer retention and new business across the Midlands and East Anglia.

You’ll manage an established portfolio of automotive B2B customers while actively developing new business opportunities. As a key brand ambassador, you’ll build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and promote our full range of automotive and recycling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of automotive B2B accounts.
  • Drive customer retention, account growth, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop commercial proposals and support tender opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.

About You:

  • Proven field-based B2B sales experience within a corporate environment.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Confident in prospecting, business development and closing opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, organised and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Automotive sector experience, tender/contract negotiation experience, or knowledge of automotive recycling/green parts would be advantageous.
