Regional Manager, Dental Organisation | South / South East England
Salary: Competitive, discussed in confidence
Location: South / South East England, with regular travel across your practices
Type: Permanent, full time
The opportunity
A well-established dental organisation is looking for a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of practices across the South / South East. You'll be accountable for clinical, operational and financial performance across the region, and you'll play a key part in the next phase of growth, including building the private side of the business alongside a strong NHS base.
This is a senior, visible role with real influence over regional strategy.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop practice managers, driving performance, engagement and retention
- Own regional results across NHS delivery (including UDA performance and contract compliance) and private revenue
- Build and grow the private offering, from patient mix and treatment planning to plans, pricing and conversion
- Work with clinical leads and practice teams to support recruitment, associate retention and quality of care
- Ensure CQC compliance and high standards of governance across your practices
- Identify opportunities for growth, including new sites, acquisitions and integration
- Partner with central teams (finance, HR, marketing, clinical) to deliver regional and group priorities

About you
Essential
- Strong, demonstrable NHS dentistry experience, with a solid understanding of contract management and delivery
- Proven experience building private dentistry within a practice or region, ideally growing it alongside NHS activity
- Track record managing multiple sites and leading practice managers
- Commercial and financial confidence, including P&L ownership
- Working knowledge of CQC and regulatory requirements

Desirable
- Experience in a multi-site or corporate dental group
- Experience of acquisitions and practice integration
- Existing knowledge of the South / South East market
