Regional Manager
East Midlands / Regional Role | Up to £48,927 per annum + Company Car or Car Allowance
Are you an experienced catering or hospitality leader looking for your next regional opportunity?
Eurest is looking for a Regional Manager to join our team, ideally based in the East Midlands, supporting a portfolio of sites across Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Bradford, Coventry, Loughborough, Long Sutton, Wisbech and Manchester.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple catering operations, supporting our teams to deliver exceptional service, strong commercial performance and great client relationships.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting and developing teams across multiple catering sites within your region.
- Driving operational excellence, service quality and compliance across your portfolio.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Coaching and developing managers to maximise engagement, capability and performance.
- Supporting financial performance, cost control and business planning.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sharing best practice across sites.
- Promoting a strong culture of safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
- Working closely with operational and support teams to deliver business objectives.

What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced operational leader who enjoys working with people, developing teams and managing a varied portfolio of sites.
You'll Ideally Have
- 2+ years' experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Support Manager or similar role within catering, hospitality or food services.
- Proven experience supporting multiple sites across a geographical region.
- Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Good commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- A track record of delivering high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
- The ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
