About The Role
We are looking for a Regional Manager EMEA who will oversee Country Managers and teams across the region, manage SAP Europe relationships, and support regional growth through business development and sales. The role includes driving client expansion, managing CRM and opportunities, overseeing account/program management, and monitoring budgets and P&L performance.

In This Role You Will Get To
- Supervising local Country Managers and their teams.
- Managing our relationship with SAP offices in Europe.
- Building the region in terms of resources/structure/business.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Key person for CRM and opportunities.
- Account/program management.
- Monitoring budget / P&L / business units.
What we are looking for:
Experience
- 5+ years' of project management experience (International Experience Advantage).
- Proven experience in people management.
- Experience in international & cross-cultural sales.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in ERP systems (with an advantage in SAP Business One).
- Experience in managing regional and global ERP implementations for LE / MNC clients.
- Business development and sales skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead virtual teams.

- English: Fluent / Native.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
