A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead Hard FM operations across a portfolio of military sites throughout Cambridgeshire.

This home-based role carries responsibility for operational performance, a budget of approximately £26m, commercial outcomes and large multi-site teams delivering critical maintenance and infrastructure services.
The Role
As The Regional Manager, You'll
- Lead Hard FM operations across a complex, multi-site Defence portfolio.
- Manage an annual regional budget of approximately £26m.
- Oversee planned maintenance, reactive works and additional service delivery.
- Drive operational performance against contractual, commercial and financial targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
- Lead and develop teams while maintaining safety, compliance and service standards.

About You
To Be Successful As The Regional Manager, You'll Have
- Strong operational leadership experience within Hard FM, construction or engineering.
- Proven experience managing complex multi-site operations, budgets and large teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for financial and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, customer management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ideally, an HND or equivalent Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
- Ideally, SMSTS, NEBOSH or another management-level health and safety qualification.
- Defence or MOD experience, CDM knowledge and experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo would be advantageous.

This is a permanent, full-time, home-based position. Candidates must be based in Cambridgeshire and able to travel throughout the region.
