Permanent contract
Full time - 35 hours a week
£40,000-£45,000 per annum (plus £2,000 London weighting)
Join Envision as our London Regional Manager and play a pivotal role in helping more young people develop the essential skills and confidence they need to succeed in education, employment, and life.
We're looking for an ambitious leader to drive our growth across London, building high-value partnerships with businesses and schools, leading a talented team, and helping more young people develop the essential skills and confidence they need to succeed.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an entire region within a growing national charity. As a member of Envision's Senior Management Team, you'll shape regional strategy, own business development and partnership growth, and take overall responsibility for the culture, performance, and sustainability of our London operation. With a fully resourced delivery team beneath you, your focus will be on leadership, external engagement, and long-term impact rather than day-to-day programme management.
What you'll be doing
- Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with businesses and schools, securing the income and volunteer support needed to make our work possible.
- Lead a high-performing regional team, creating an inclusive and empowering culture where people can thrive.
- Oversee performance across the region, ensuring we deliver outstanding outcomes for young people and strong value for our partners.
- Represent Envision externally, championing our mission and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to organization-wide decision-making as a member of our Senior Management Team.

Who we're looking for
- Experience of people management, preferably at manager level, and delivering results through others.
- A strong track record in business development, fundraising, partnership development, or income generation.
- Experience building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, ideally managing high-value accounts or partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- A commitment to Envision's mission and values and a passion for helping young people succeed.
It would be a bonus if you also have:
- Experience representing an organization externally.
- Experience working with schools, colleges, or the youth sector.
- An understanding of, or lived experience of, the barriers that contribute to educational and employment inequality.
