Regional Manager - South East
Location: South East England
Salary: Up to £90,000 plus an exceptional bonus scheme, car allowance and benefits

The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Regional Manager with a proven track record of leading multi-site retail operations across a fast-paced environment?
We are looking for a commercially driven and inspirational retail leader to take ownership of a regional portfolio across the South East, driving store standards, sales performance and exceptional customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established retail leader who thrives on delivering results through people, developing high-performing teams and ensuring consistently high standards across every store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire Store Managers across the South East region.
- Drive sales performance, commercial results and customer service excellence across the portfolio.
- Ensure consistently high store standards, operational execution and customer experience.
- Develop and coach Store Managers to deliver strong performance and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, service and operational efficiency.
- Use commercial data and performance insight to drive regional improvements.
- Champion a customer-first culture and ensure teams deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver regional business objectives.
- Ensure compliance, operational and people standards are consistently maintained.
- Lead by example, creating a high-performing and engaging retail environment.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager or senior multi-site retail leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to deliver results across a large and diverse portfolio.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience leading multiple stores within a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong track record of delivering sales growth and operational performance.
- Experience driving store standards and customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Store Managers.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate performance data into action.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- A hands-on, energetic and results-focused leadership style.
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-volume retail operation.
- Experience within assisted sales retail is advantageous, particularly where customer engagement, product knowledge and service-led selling are central to the customer experience.
