Salary: £36,337 - £42,271
Contract: Fixed term up to 3 years, minimum of 12 months
Location: Home-based

Are you a confident relationship builder who thrives on engaging supporters, delivering fundraising initiatives and managing key stakeholder relationships? Excellent, because we’re looking for a Regional Manager - Major Partnership, to join Barnardo's and play a leading role in one of the charity sector's most recognised corporate partnerships.
As Regional Manager, you'll support the delivery of a multi-channel fundraising programme with The Co-op Group, helping to drive employee and customer engagement, maximise fundraising opportunities and deliver an exceptional supporter experience. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and key stakeholders within The Co-op Group, you'll develop regional engagement activity, steward supporters, identify new fundraising opportunities and contribute to the ongoing success of this significant partnership.

To be successful as the Regional Manager - Major Partnership, you will need:
- Experience developing and managing corporate, fundraising, sales or client relationships within a commercial or charity environment.
- A proven track record of delivering account plans, achieving financial targets and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across large and complex organisations.
