About The Role
Are you a proven sales leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams and driving business growth?
As a Regional Manager, you will lead, coach and inspire a team of sales professionals across your region, creating value through strong leadership, customer focus and commercial excellence. We're looking for someone with a successful sales background, proven people leadership experience, and a passion for developing talent.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Recruit, train and motivate team members to exceed targets and maximise profitable growth.
- Drive regional sales performance through effective account development and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and support major projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance and other business functions to identify opportunities and deliver results.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance and create a culture of accountability and success.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
- A strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding commercial targets.
- Experience within a consultative B2B sales environment.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and influence others.
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
- A passion for coaching, mentoring and building high-performing teams.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and willingness to travel nationally.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
