Regional Manager
Location: London, with travel between stores
Salary: £70,000+, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Nokwol is entering an ambitious 12-month store rollout, and we need a Regional Manager to drive it. This is a hands-on, multi-site role reporting to Directors and Senior Management, covering in-store operations, recruitment, new store openings, performance management and people development.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Operations
- Oversee store performance and day-to-day operations across the region.
- Own rotas, staff training, in-store standards, visual display, BOH standards, stocktakes and shrinkage.
New Store Openings
- Lead site launches: store setup, merchandising, staffing and opening activity.
- Travel to new locations as required; help establish best-practice operating processes.

People Development
- Coach and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers.
Commercial Performance
- Drive sales, profitability and productivity targets.
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation.
- Hit stock accuracy and shrinkage targets.
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Fixed schedule: Sunday plus one weekday off.
- Extensive travel between stores is essential.
- Flexibility is required, especially during store openings and peak trading — you lead from the front.

- Proven track record as a Retail Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leader with a genuine passion for developing people.
- Commercially minded, focused on driving sales and performance.
- Ambitious, ready to progress into senior retail leadership.
