Regional Manager Sales

Tech Mahindra is looking for a Regional Manager Sales with Business Development experience against Media & Entertainment for the UK region based in London, UK.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hunter Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the Media & Entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise clients, closing complex multi-year deals, and building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders. This role is based in London and will focus on expanding our footprint across the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients in the Media & Entertainment industry (Broadcast, Streaming, Network Technology, Telecoms).
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure (MSA/SOW/IP licensing).
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to client needs, leveraging consultative and solution-led sales approaches.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships (CXO, VP, Director) to drive strategic engagement and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead RFX/bid management processes, collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure high-quality proposals and successful deal conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive pipeline management and strategic account planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to Media & Entertainment clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
