Regional Manager - Scottish Region

We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our team and lead our Scottish region. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role Overview

As a Regional Manager, you will provide visible leadership, strategic direction and effective coaching to Store Managers and their teams, driving sales, customer service, operational excellence and compliance across all 12 stores.

Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you will champion our values, drive operational excellence and ensure decisions are made with both our people and customers at the heart of everything we do.

You will also ensure changes, initiatives and operational requirements are implemented consistently, compliantly and within agreed deadlines and maintaining high standards across the region.

This role will include travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take overall accountability for delivering the region's key commercial, operational and people KPIs.
  • Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, creating a high-performance culture that drives engagement, accountability and results.
  • Responsible for the colleague lifecycle across the region, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, performance management and retention.
  • Drive sales and commercial performance across all stores, ensuring teams maximise opportunities and consistently deliver against business objectives.
  • Ensure operational standards are maintained across the region, delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience in every showroom.
  • Champion and embed company initiatives, engaging teams through clear communication, coaching and visible leadership.
  • Create and maintain warm, welcoming, safe and inclusive showroom environments for both customers and colleagues.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support regional and business-wide objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business performance, systems and processes, leading and implementing sustainable change across the region.
  • Use insight, data and customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure all stores operate in accordance with company policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements, maintaining a culture of compliance and best practice.

About You

  • Proven experience of leading and developing teams across multiple retail locations or a geographically dispersed operation.
  • Strong commercial, sales and P&L management experience, with a track record of delivering against targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to analyse business performance data and translate insight into effective actions and improvements.
  • Strong people-management skills, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and development.
  • Good understanding of retail operations, customer service, compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • Proactive and accountable approach, with a focus on performance, customer service, compliance and continuous improvement.
