Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Salary: £39,000 – £44,000 + £1,000 Annual Car Allowance
Hours: 38 hours per week | Permanent

Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager, Area Manager or Deputy Regional Manager looking for an opportunity to progress?
We're recruiting a Regional Manager to join an established not-for-profit organisation providing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities across Shropshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational management experience who is ready to take on wider leadership responsibilities.
You'll oversee a portfolio of supported living services, lead and develop Supported Living Managers, and work alongside an experienced Regional Manager who will provide ongoing mentoring and support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing Supported Living Managers across multiple services.
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes.
- Overseeing safeguarding, CQC compliance and service quality.
- Managing operational performance, budgets and staffing resources.
- Building strong relationships with commissioners and external professionals.
- Driving service improvements and supporting organisational growth.
- Participating in the management on-call rota.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Significant experience within adult learning disability services.
- Experience managing Supported Living Managers or equivalent operational managers.
- Strong understanding of supported living, safeguarding and CQC requirements.
- Proven leadership and service improvement experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Level 5 Leadership and Management, PBS knowledge and CQC registration experience are desirable but not essential.
