Regional Neighbourhoods Manager (Temporary 9-12 Months)

We're looking for an inspirational and values-driven leader to join our Neighbourhoods Team as Regional Manager for Region 2, covering communities from Scunthorpe through to Lincoln.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead across a diverse area, supporting colleagues to deliver excellent services for customers while shaping improvements that make a real difference to our communities.

You'll lead a team of managers and officers, driving performance, developing people and helping to embed our Neighbourhood Model. Working closely with customers, colleagues and partners, you'll use insight, feedback and data to improve services and deliver positive outcomes.

Ideally hold or be willing to work towards CIH housing qualification at level 4.

Housing experience would be beneficial, but we're also interested in hearing from strong leaders with transferable skills and experience of leading people, managing performance, and delivering service improvements.

This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader or aspiring Head of Service looking to broaden their leadership experience and make a significant impact across a large and diverse operational area.
