We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded UK Regional Manager to promote safety in work at height and the safe and effective use of powered access across the UK.

As UK Regional Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our existing members, building strong relationships while identifying opportunities to grow our membership, training centre network and wider industry engagement.

This is a highly autonomous role. You will have the flexibility to manage your own workload and diary, working remotely and travelling throughout the UK to ensure you are where you can make the greatest impact for IPAF and its members.

You will report to the UK General Manager.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting the safe and effective use of powered access across all relevant markets and sectors.
  • Promoting safety when working at height, including the use of MEWPs, MCWPs and construction hoists.
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing IPAF members and key industry stakeholders.
  • Recruiting new IPAF members and training centres.
  • Promoting IPAF training courses and IPAF Rental+ throughout the powered access industry.
  • Visiting members, construction sites, training centres and other industry stakeholders.
  • Managing institutional relationships and key contacts across the UK.
  • Representing IPAF at trade exhibitions, seminars, conferences and other industry events.
  • Organising and developing regional events and initiatives on behalf of the organisation.
  • Working closely with IPAF's marketing team to support relevant marketing and promotional activity.
  • Attending and actively participating in IPAF UK Country Council meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the organisation's CRM system.
  • Sharing progress, insight and best practice with colleagues and regional representatives in the UK and internationally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
