About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our bookings and delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, developing client and candidate relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the growth of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the bookings/delivery team.
- 3 - 4 years experience in this field.
- Drive individual and team performance against agreed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Oversee candidate matching, bookings, offers, confirmations, and shift coverage.
- Resolve client and candidate issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure all placements meet relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyse performance and booking data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Establish and maintain best practices across the team.
- Work closely with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare, or a strong background in sales or customer service.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using recruitment systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and regulatory requirements.
