Regional Manager - Sussex & Kent
Are you an experienced multi-site retail leader with a proven track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational standards? We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of over 100 company-owned fuel stations run operated by 3rd parties, leading a team of Area Managers delivering outstanding customer service, commercial performance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of 7 Area managers across a multi-site region
- Driving sales, profitability, and company KPIs
- Maintaining high standards across health & safety, compliance, and security
- Ensuring excellent shop, forecourt, and food service standards
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and business partners

Required Skills
- Significant experience in fuel retail, independent retail, or large-scale grocery retail
- Proven success managing multiple sites and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of improving performance and profit
- An inspirational people leader who can engage and motivate remotely
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills
- High levels of self-motivation, resilience, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with extensive travel including occasional overnight stays
